Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs (already included in the product price) are non-refundable
    unless the issue qualifies under this policy

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders marked as delivered but not received due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Orders that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been
processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


Dispute Resolution

initiating a payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution.
